Here's what I know of Decks 17 & 18.....
Deck 17 has the Pinnacle chapel, Pinnacle lounge, and Viking Crown lounge, as well as the first floor of the 2 storey loft suites.
Deck 18 has the second floor of the 2 storey loft suites.
End of review. LOL.
